Client had been pressured by judge to plead guilty to two "strikes" and was scheduled to begin jail sentence on August 5, 2005. Motion to withdraw plea granted. Jail sentence vacated.

People v R.S. Superior Court (Newport Beach) 4/14/05
Client had pled guilty to indecent exposure in 2001 and was ordered to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. Motion to withdraw plea granted. Case dismissed.

Goodwin v Superior Court - Court of Appeal - 4/23/04
Client charged with conspiracy and the murders of "car racing legend" and "former world land speed record holder" Mickey Thompson and his wife.
