People v R.L. Superior Court (Santa Ana) 8/5/05
Client had been pressured by judge to plead guilty to two "strikes" and was scheduled to begin jail sentence on August 5, 2005. Motion to withdraw plea granted. Jail sentence vacated.

People v R.S. Superior Court (Newport Beach) 4/14/05
Client had pled guilty to indecent exposure in 2001 and was ordered to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. Motion to withdraw plea granted. Case dismissed.

Goodwin v Superior Court - Court of Appeal - 4/23/04
Client charged with conspiracy and the murders of "car racing legend" and "former world land speed record holder" Mickey Thompson and his wife. People v T. K. Superior Court (Compton) 1/7/03
Client charged with conspiracy and three felony counts of grant theft. Case dismissed. Money taken from client ordered returned.

People v S. L. Superior Court (Westminster) 11/19/02
Motion to modify probation granted. Probation Department ordered to allow client to use "medical marijuana" while on probation.

Client charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, driving under the influence of drugs, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Case dismissed. Illegal search.

Client charged with possession of Vicodin for sale, possession of methamphetamine and marijuana, and use of a firearm. Client granted PC 1000 drug diversion on methamphetamine charge. Case dismissed.

Client charged with possession for sale of a kilogram of methamphetamine. D.A.'s offer was 7 years state prison. Case dismissed. Investigation proved police officers were not credible.

Client charged with manufacturing methamphetamine. D.A.'s offer was six years. Case dismissed. Illegal search.

People v C.M. - Court of Appeal (Santa Ana) 7/21/00
Judge raised client's bail to Half a Million Dollars and took him into custody. Habeas corpus granted by Court of Appeal. Client released from custody two hours later.

People v E. J. - Superior Court (Fullerton) 12/5/0l
Client charged with three felony sexual assaults and two counts of posession of child pornography. Case dismissed.

People v W.R. - Superior Court (Downey) 4/5/02
Client had been ordered to serve one year in jail for possession of child pornography. Sentence modified to no jail time.

Client accused of drunk driving with a prior conviction. Writ granted by the Court of Appeal. Case dismissed. Denial of speedy trial.

Client charged with cultivation of marijuana and possession for sale. Charges reduced to misdemeanor possession, and client granted PC 1000 drug diversion. Case dismissed.

People v R.R. - Superior Court (Westminster) 7/3/01
Client charged with felony brandishing a firearm at a motorist. Case dismissed after defense presented at preliminary hearing.

People v J.S. - Superior Court (Newport Beach) 5/31/01
Client charged with driving under the influence. Case dismissed. Investigation cast doubt on credibility of arresting officer.
